Hardin County is at the centerline of totality for the total solar eclipse that will cross North America on April 8, 2024, and we have been initially thought of as the epicenter here in Forest, Ohio. With the influx of people, traffic, and need for amenities, we have decided to open up our venue and parking lot to share this once in a lifetime event with you!

We will be offering parking in our parking lot (limited parking!), access to our indoor bathrooms, as well as port-a-pots in the parking lot, tables and chairs indoors for playing games and enjoying company of other elcipse chasers, and our patio and lawn will be open to bring lawn chairs, blankets, etc., to spread out and enjoy the eclipse! We are located on 14 acres, and have plenty of space for you all to enjoy this! 
**We can not allow any alcohol to be brought onsite - if alcohol is found with you or your party, you will be asked to leave the premises. Our bar will be open to purchase drinks and may even have some fun eclipse signatures =) 
We will have 101 Smokehouse onsite to provide a mouthwatering lunch, as well as someone onsite to provide breakfast options! Outdoor games will be set up, possibly a DJ for some extra entertainment, and the rural, quiet setting for an unforgettable experience! 

Parking spots will be presale - if they are all sold before April 8, there will be no more venue access parking available - if we do not sell out, you can purchase upon arrival. 
 We will have overflow parking available with no access to the venue, indoor amenities, or bathrooms. 









The Details:
**First 100 people will receive solar eclipse glasses approved by ISO
5 lucky winners will get an "I blacked out in Ohio" t-shirt!

Venue Parking: $50 a car - arrival anytime after 8 am
Early Bird Parking: $15 extra - allows you to arrive anytime April 8, 12am - 8 am
We have 130 regular parking spots available and 7 handicap. 

**NO CAMPERS ALLOWED ONSITE - We do have two campsite hookups right around the corner that can still be purchased - water and electric hook up

Overflow parking: $15 a car **This will only be opened up if we run out of space with our venue parking

Payment
the following google form needs to be completed to reserve your parking spot. You can then pay via venmo or by calling us and using a c/c (c/c will be charged a 3% fee)
If you chance showing up day of, we will ask for cash for your spot if there are any available.
